Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order of Casual Kurtis, Kurta Pajama sets, or any other eligible item from our ethnic wear collection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature and custom measurements involved, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Bridal Lehengas (made-to-order with specific measurements)
  • Bridal Sarees (special occasion wear with intricate work)
  • Customized Indo-Western Sherwanis
  • Made-to-measure Jodhpuri suits
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

Follow these steps to return your Casual Sarees or Dhoti Kurta sets:

  1. Initiate your return within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Once approved, carefully repackage your item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of Indo-Western Lehenga Cholis or Festive Sarees:

  1. Follow the same initial steps as the return process.
  2. Clearly specify in your email that you wish to exchange the item and include details of the new item you want.
  3. If the new item has a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund:

  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some areas in Asia), please note:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Designer Suits or Bridesmaid Sarees arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
