Each order is carefully handpicked and inspected before dispatch:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain areas in Asia and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items in our collection, including our popular Casual Kurtis and Kurta Pajama sets. However, due to their special nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

3. Package Your Return: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging

Exchange Process

For exchanges (such as Indo-Western Lehenga Cholis or Festive Sarees):

1. Follow the same initial steps as the return process
2. Specify in your email that you want an exchange and include details of the new item
3. Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more for higher-priced items or receive a refund for lower-priced ones)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

• Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Processing Time: 7-10 business days after approval
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless item arrived damaged or incorrect

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):

• Customs fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Designer Suits or Bridesmaid Sarees arrived damaged or incorrect:
